Patients seeing Dr. Angela Cantrell, DC with in-network insurance coverage will be charged their co-pay or contracted rate to put towards their deductible.

Dr. Brad Richardson, DC is currently in the credentialing process with all of out network insurance providers and is expected to begin accepting insurance around August 1, 2021. Until then, New Patient appointments with Dr. Brad are $120 per visit and Current Patient appointments are $60.
